Stronger Boards, Stronger Communities
Trustees play a vital role in helping community organisations thrive. But for an individual trustee it can be difficult to know how to ask the right questions, and when to challenge back.
Our new Trustee Support & Training Programme is designed to give trustees practical knowledge, useful tools and a supportive space to explore the responsibilities and challenges that come with being a trustee.
Facilitated by Adrienne Arthurs - CEO of The Living Room, former Chair of North Herts & Stevenage CVS, the programme draws on her experience of governance from both sides of the board table.
Providing practical support to help small charities, CICs, volunteer-led groups and community organisations understand their responsibilities, make confident decisions and build stronger foundations for the future.
