Pippa is an independent consultant with a decade of NHS senior leadership experience, during which she was sponsored to complete her MBA. With a strong background in programme management, mental health and nursing workforce, she has led large multi-organisational programmes and improvement strategies across health, social care, housing and the voluntary sector - securing competitive national funding to establish four new services, and had her work recognised nationally as an example of good practice. Pippa lives in Letchworth and has previously volunteered for Reach Out.
