Maddy joined the Board in 2022 when looking for her first trustee role. She is currently working at Ocado, where she has been for 4 years, and in her role as Change Portfolio Manager she champions the delivery of tangible outcomes which strongly align with strategic priorities and objectives. She is very much looking forward to supporting NH&SCVS, and building her understanding of the voluntary sector in Hertfordshire.
