Reach Out Support Coordinator East (Hertford, Broxbourne, Sawbridgeworth)

Lauren joined Reach Out in February 2026 as a Support Coordinator, covering the East of the county. Before joining the NH&SCVS team, Lauren worked for many years within the care sector before moving on to a support manager role within another charity project for the DWP. Lauren has always enjoyed a role that focuses on the support of other and providing a person-centred approach to her work. In her spare time Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and long walks with her dog Lady.
