Volunteering For Health Lead

Katie joined us in March 2025 as the Programme Lead for Volunteering for Health, a partnership project with NHS Hertfordshire & West Essex ICB, voluntary sector, local authority and education organisations. With nearly 20 years’ experience of managing complex cross-sector and system change projects, she is a big believer in the power of collaboration, relationships and community. Katie is also a volunteer wellbeing ambassador at Hitchin Belles Football Club, the largest girls’ football club in the country.
