Vetting and Barring Update
On Tuesday 15th June, the government announced that the proposed Vetting and Barring programme was to be scaled back to "proportionate and common sense levels". Full details of the changes can be found on http://www.crb.homeoffice.gov.uk/
From Monday 26th July 2010 it will be mandatory to use the new CRB application forms.
