Our newly modified meeting room offers a large contemporary space ideal for your meetings, training and conferences.

Subject to availability, our meeting room is available 7 days a week.  Sessions are available as follows:

• Morning session:   9.00am - 1.00pm
• Afternoon session:   1.00pm - 4.00pm

Size

The room measures approximately 6m x 7m and can seat up to:

25 people theatre style

15 people board room style

 Equipment and facilities available

• Interactive white board, flip charts, wipe board, projector and screen
• HD television and DVD Player
• Access to tea and coffee making facilities
• Disabled access

Charges

NHCVS Members are welcome to book the meeting room on weekdays for FREE up to a maximum of 2 hours between 9am and 4pm.  If a longer session is required, members will be charged £25 per session.

Non members can book our meeting room at a cost of £35 per session. 

Weekend bookings are available but caretaking fees will apply.  Discretionary rates may apply for block bookings.
